| The Third World Congress on Engineering Asset Management and Intelligent Maintenance System Conference 2008 (WCEAM-IMS2008) will be held on 28-30 October 2008, at Beijing International Convention Center, Beijing, China. In order to accurately foreknow the number of delegates planning to attend the congress so that the preparation of Congress Proceedings (CD edition) and the reservation of meeting venue and residence can be properly made, the Organizing Committee of WCEAM-IMS2008 decide to start the Early Bird Action of Registration Fee Submitting from May 20, 2008. All representatives planning to attend the congress can submit their registration fee from now on till June 31, 2008 to receive an ¡°Early Bird Discount¡± as shown in the Table below. And the delegates having papers to present to the congress should also note that with the registration fee payment not on time, their papers could not be included in the Congress Proceedings. Delegates will immediately enjoy their all rights to participate activities of the congress after paying their registration fee. |

In case of special circumstances, registration can be cancelled. If the cancellation is made before October 1, 2008, 50% of registration fee really charged will be refunded by the Organizing Committee; If the cancellation is made after October 1, 2008, no refund will be made.
